Default Will this work?/ Does anyone have this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=350321783918

I have 2008 Mustang GT with Nav (non-shaker system)

My Nav has SR touchscreen button. (so according to all my research, my car is Satellite ready, I just need the Satellite module/ antenna.

The seller - responded saying it would work, but was vauge about my specific question.

That question is: Does it work the same as the OEM sirius Module.

He did send me this link> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UU4ueK4SvU

Which looks as if it would operate the same as OEM would, but I want to make sure, I am not loosing any performance or details, that the OEM system offers.

Can people please chime in and help please..

This system is about 150 bucks less than the OEM part.

after looking at that link (youtube video)-- it doesn't help too much, because that appears to be "adding" HD and IPOD interface. which isn't what I want to do, I want to add Satellite Radio, and make sure that it operates like OEM would..

Looks like it will work fine...As far as quality, etc of that particular module or if it operates like oem, I couldn't say. But it does appear to be compatible with your make/model/year/nav. But it also says something about stereos with internal satellite tuners not working? That part is written in a very confusing way.

You could look into this which also is listed as working with 08 stangs- Although it says you need an adapter but doesn't really provide details on which or where to get...- http://www.crutchfield.com/S-DKu1nlH...nly-Tuner.html

But from experience with them they have great cust service...Just email them and they can tell you what you need as well as help you find the right one for your wants, needs.

Called Crutchfield It's 239 there (plus a 30 dollar snail mail in rebate)--
Ordered.
He assured me that this product will work perfectly with my factory headunit. (Nav)
