Does my amp have enough ventilation?

Does my amp have enough ventilation?
Ok I have a 98 mustang. I installed my 80 watt x 4 channel RMS amp where the spare tire is supposed to go (When I bought car only scissor jack was there). Anyways I then put that crappy particle board thing over it so there like about 6 inches of space between that and the amp. Then I put my carpet back in.
Is this enough ventilation? Or should I drill some holes in the particle board?
Here is a pic when I first started out. Ignore rats nest wiring that was way before I finished the wiring part I just layed the amp in there.

Test it.
Cover it up like you had it, run at normal to high volume for 10 minutes and feel the amp.
It should be warm to hot, If to hot mount it on a piece of metal in the space as a heat sink.
Only issue I would see with a fan, 12V off the remote turn on? not sure if it would handle it
