Default What I did today! (Mustang Corral)

I found this place a few years ago and decided to re-visit it again today.
I could have spend the whole day there of course but as it was my G/F was in the truck waiting for me so I only stayed for 3 hours,HEHE

They are making parts themselves and one thing that caught my eye was that they are making reproduction 69-70 electric trunk releases (this was a little known factory option).

All of these pictures are from my cell phone sorry.

Cool place, that boss 351 doesn't look to bad.

But hey, where can I get those electric trunk releases????? I hate having to turn off my car to remove my keys to go and open the trunk. I guess I could put the trunk key on a one of those easy removal clip things, but the electric release seems much nicer... haha

That BOSS 351 is in pretty bad shape IMO,I looked under the car from 10 feet away and could see the carpet hanging down from where the floor boards used to be. That is as close as I got to that car,It was bad! But still a BOSS351......

I should let everyone know I was in the midwest today,Road salt!
Not much left on these poor cars.

Maybe, look up Mustang corral on the internet then call them.

I talked to Tim (Mustang Corral) today and he said he will be selling the trunk release as a kit sort of with NEW OEM parts for $400.00.
The kit will be 100% complete with everything,Switch/release/all wiring, everything to make it back to factory install.

He did mention a used kit for $300.00 I didn't get the details on what is "used".

He also said the kit's are not ready but has already started a list.

The special plate needed to install the release can be purchased separately.

Just call him if you want to get on the list.
