'71 mustang need help
Alright i am looking to take over my pops '71 mustang....
He just recently rebuilt the engine....it has a 302 in it and i am looking forward to modifying this windsor to push around 400 hp and 400 tq. What is the easiest way and cheapest way to bump this 302 to a monster...
I was thinking of slappin a stroker kit on it but idk....

Stroke it!
I feel dirty saying that...
But it would be the cheapest easiest way to make HP out of what you already have.
Think of your engine as a big air compressor and make it breath,With more cubic inches you more more air! (Evil Grin)

The general guideline is to stroke for torque, bore for ponies... which one you want to improve upon most should lead you in the right direction. Of course, carb/intake/headers and a good tune will do something nice too, and be simpler.
