Default 73 with power front disk brakes converting rear to disk

I have a 73 with factory power brakes with factory front disk and rear drums. I am converting the rear to disk and need to know what to do as far as keeping the stock valve body and just adding an adjustable proportioning valve or finding the valve body from a newer mustang with all wheel disk and using an adjustable proportioning valve not sure what to do any input is appreciated

Just add the inline Proportioning valve in the rear brake line, Problem fixed--Simple easy.
