Default 289 4V heads

I know the K code 271hp heads have screw in studs, slotted pushrod guide holes and casting stamp of 19-21. I found a set of 289 heads marked 4V, slotted guide holes. These do not have the screw in studs. Are these the A code 250hp heads? Are they worth picking up. They need rebuilding and come with a Holley 600 and cast 4bbl manifold. I didn't think they were worth the $325.

It's more like 220 HP at the flywheel, and certainly not worth that much money. Spring for an aluminum aftermarket head.
