global west makes very good suspension parts. You should also check out OpenTracker racing products too. He has some sweet roller suspension products, http://www.opentrackerracingproducts.com/

As for brakes, I bought the SSBC (Stainless Steel Brake Company) 11" front disc brake conversion for the front. Bolted right onto my stock drum spindles. They are very nice and I would buy them again. SSBC disc brakes

Or check out MustangSteves front disc brake conversion. He sells the kit with 13" rotors and cobra calipers and whatever else is needed for the swap. http://www.mustangsteve.com/cobrabrakes.html

Mustang Plus's standard suspension starter kits are pretty good if your just looking to update your suspension and get a good performing product too. If you're looking for something a little more hardcore, MP also carries all the Total Control products - i.e. adustable control arms, adjustable export braces and monte carlo bars, coil over setups....). I have plans for a total control front suspension upgrade in the works.

For track use I personally like Baer's setup for front disc brakes, although I have no complaints about my Granada brakes.
Just depends on how much you want to spend and how fast you want to go

I can second opentrackerracingproducts.com for quality suspension parts. I use their stuff on my car with excellent results.
