How Much CID do you need?

RE: How Much CID do you need?
How many cubes do you need? As many as you can afford.
For example if youre car had a 221 in it, a 302 roller is exactly the same on the outside. Purists will know, but dimentionally speaking its the same and youll have like 30 some percent more cubic inches for the exact same amount of effort and probly cheaper.

Check out this months muscle mustangs there is an article about streahing a 302 size block to 370 cid they ended up with 606 hp and I think it was something like 502 ftlb of tourqe. As for a crate engine try this and get the cobra upgrade. As with any good engine builder power is under rated

Not enough yet, but its a start... 500ci is easy to do. Aftermarket blocks, stroker cranks, sky is the limit especially on big blocks.
All aluminum aftermarket engine with a billet crank, twin turbos, runnin methanol.
First test block dyno numbers: torque 2,105.2 ft-lb, and HP was 2,886.0 @ 7200 rpm
with a 4.250 bore and 4.250 stroke & 40+ lbs of boost (482 c.i.)
I dont want one.. I NEED THREE OF THESE!
