Default School Camshaft Project

Hey guys, I am doing a camshaft project for one of my classes here at San Diego State where we reverse engineer a cam from a particular engine. My group chose a 66' 289 because that is the engine I have in my mustang so I had a spare cam and other components we could work with. I really don't want to tear down my valvetrain to find the masses for my lifters, pushrods or rocker arms so if anyone knows a good place where I can find those that would be awesome. Or if you have them laying around and have a scale handy I would really appreciate that as well. I did some rough calcualtions and got a spring constant of about 120 lb/in for the valve springs. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.
