Default What is this '68 Fastback project worth?

I need help putting a value on a '68 fastback Mustang project car.

Here's the catch: virtually everything (other than the body shell and doors) is missing: no drivetrain, no front end, no interior panels or trim, no seats, no exterior trim, no glass/wiring/fuel tank... You name it, and it's not there. Here's some more info...

1968 Mustang Fastback[*]No unusual history that would add any value

Body:[*]It's been completely disassembled down to the shell. [*]It was media blasted and then primed. [*]It's solid, but will still need some minor patch work. [*]The doors are excellent.[*]There is no deck lid, hood, front fenders, bumpers or glass.[*]New rear quarters have been welded on, but not finished.

Suspension:[*]Shock towers were removed.[*]Heidt's Mustang II crossmember installed. [*]The rest of the Heidt's front suspension is not included.[*]Stock rear end and leaf springs.

Drivetrain, Interior, Exterior Trim[*]Not Included

I'd appreciate ANY feedback on what this thing might be worth.

I'll give ya $1000 for it... Wouldnt mind having a rust free shell.. does it have a title or VIN? Not worth much without those..

probably 2000$ but it will take at least 20,000$ to get it to a driving state

The car does have a title and VIN...but pretty much everything else is gone. It is "rust-free", but now there are a few holes where the rust was. So it still needs minor sheet metal work to be 100%...and the rear quarters haven't been worked into the car (you can see the welds from 20 feet away).

This car is being auctioned off, and we didn't have a clue what it would be worth if we decided to bid on it.

I'm not overly familiar with Mustangs of this age, and just ***umed that darn near everything was available aftermarket. Apparently that's not the case...especially with fastbacks.

Thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it.

I'll give you one of these, but you have to deliver the shell to my house.
