Default steering

turn the wheel and makes a clicking sound. Pitman arm won't even move.Pretty sure i need a steering box or should i got one of the rebuild kits? Thanks

I have the same problem-clicks and every once in a while a loud clunk....let me know what way you end up going to remedy the problem.....scott

By the time you go through a cost and hassle get a new one. Flaming river sells a nice replacement box with all new parts/housing. I just about went that route when I redid the steering on mine, but I went with the Flaming River rack and pinion setup instead. My friend went with just the steering box and he is very happy with that. The steering box is alot cheaper than the whole rack setup.
