Default PI torque converter

Hey there classic mustang owners. Im have an S197 (2007) mustang owner. Been looking everywhere for a PI toque converter for a good price.
So i found one in a local store its Precision Industries Stallion Torque Converter 4R70W wgich was on a year 69 mustang. Its 3000 stall single disk with lockups.
What i want to know will it work on my car?

Thanks infront
