Lincoln Weld Pak 100 110V worked fine for floor pans, aprons, and exhaust.

The 135T is a tapped voltage machine. It will not go low enough for body paneles. I would recomend a continuous voltage machine such as the 135 plus or the newer 140C. Personaly the Miller Matic 140 is far better (the mm135 stinks).

I have the Lincoln 140C and for my application, which is floorpans, quarters, and exhaust, it works great. I don't anticipate moving up to frame work or fences so mine works for what I need.

What about a flux core welder? - I was thinking of picking one up to do the front floor panes and a r/r quarter lower patch panel. Would it be goo denough for the job?
