currently, i have some gray bullits 17x8 on my 66. since im restoring back to mostly original, id like some less-restomod looking ones. like some TTIIs or along that line. my bullits look odd cause they dont have the right backspacing which means you have to run spacers. and for some reason, i had to run 2" spacers in the front. so it looks funky cause its pretty wide. but i want to get some wheels with the correct backspacing. 4.5 is the magic number for a classic. while my wheels now are 5.72. what wheels should i look for?

 

i only have a1" spacxer on my bullits sure your not running 2005 and bullits i run the 2002-04 style

 

i dont know what year theyre from. just bought em at the ford dealership. they were factory take-offs. so they must be 05 bullits. cause they look BRAND NEW. i want 17x8 cragars. what u think about those?

 

i like the look of the bullits anything is gonna look restomodish thats 17inchbut the bullits look more classic kinda like a torque thrust "d"

1.5" spacers were needed to put the 05 wheels on the front of my 67, but i dont like them on it. Bolt right up in the rear...

if i were you i would go with some 15x7" magnum 500's, they look great and were available on mustangs at one point.

anything bigger than 15" is going to add to the restomod look which you said you didnt want.
