roller rockers
Well I hate to admit I had something on my mustang beyond my experience level.
My 347 has the prw 1.6 stud mount rockers and girdle setup. My machine shop gave me the opportunity to either put it together my self no warranty or they do it with warranty so I went with them doing it. He also figured out the geometry for the set up as well.
I have never messed with the poly locking system before so I spent a few hours on line looking for info on how they work, I found the manufacture instructions but it isnt that clear.
My guess is loosen the poly lock then adjust the rocker with the allen inside the tube. Any info would be much appreciated.
The oil pressure did fall back to 40-45 psi@ idle once the engine warmed up. Also that seems to when the ticking gets louder. The supercharger noise I was told is normal @ idle im still not sure on that one either, but it does sto the noise when it gets above 1100 then you can hear the whistle.
I Almost have the bugs worked out now.

RE: roller rockers
I think that's all you can do - loosen the locknut and adjust with the hex key. Then tighten the locknut while holding the hex wrench to keep the adjustment from drifting as you tighten the locknut.
The specific setting depends on a few things - cam type and block/head material at least if it's a solid or solid roller. If it's a hydraulic or hydraulic roller, you need to choose how much of a turn to add after the initial movement of the pushrod seat in the lifter.

RE: roller rockers
Thanks. It's a fun ride that won't be staying "showroom stock" for very long. There's an enlargeable thumbnail in post #335 of this thread.
Hopefully I don't start forgetting any of the pushrod engine tech though.
