i live in cyprus (europe) I always order from them and always have some mistake to the order. first its some missing parts, then wrong parts. bad thing is i dont know they screwed up until ive overpaid in shipping and import duties on the parts. Usually takes weeks to get the order corrected and resent out. they do correct their mistakes though gotta give them that. just a pain in the *** after you wait 3 weeks to get the stuff....

Well it just got even better. I removed and cleaned the original rubber gasket from the left frame and decided to re-use it since it cleaned up like new and was in much better condition than I thought. I finished rebuilding the vent window and installed it along with the window in the door. I then pulled out what I thought was the frame for the right side and guess what, its for the left. Now another delay. I will have to get on the phone again and hopefully get the right one, literually. Now I'm afraid to open any other boxes.

ahhh crap! crap, crap.
I can sdee how you are annoyed. And I'm in the same boat with cyprus. If that happens to me i have to wait two weeks which usually ends up in me picking a different supplier.

I contacted them today and ask if they would hand pull it out of the packaging and make sure that its the right one (haha) before sending it. I can't complain about he service as they have always been nice and I've had no trouble returning anything. So here we go one more time.

They sent me the wrong radiator about a month ago. They seemed very experienced at doing the return though.
