Depending on the harness he bought you could likely do it yourself. I bought a Ron Francis wiring setup and it looks pretty easy. Doing it next month, have never done one before and feel good about it. Should perhaps email the seller and ask the type of harness and if he has the instructions for it. Might also ask if he remembers the part number in case he doesn't have the instructions and call the manufacturer for them.

I have seen no underside photos, the engine doesn't run without the harness. Too big a risk...
