Any mustang that is a 5.0 and a 5 speed is a t5 the fox body and early sn95.You need a t5 cross member which most mustang auto part house sell.If the car is a auto you need the clutch pedal same thing most part houses sell them now.For a cable clutch which is the simplest way http://www.mustangsteve.com/cable.html or talk to http://www.moderndriveline.com/ he can sell you everything you need and just get the tranny from a junkyard.

You can't use the sn95 (94-95) T5's as they have different length input shafts.

Yup, preferably later years, and it needs to be a V8 car. There's actually one around here on craigslist for $300.

There is T-5 swap info in the FAQ. I would read as much as you can in there and then come back with questions. There are a ton of T-5's out there that will not work for the conversion and identifying which is which can be tough. Modern Driveline's site is also a big help.

I've been looking for one for a while now. So much so that I decided to just go with an input shaft swap and use a Fox Bell.
