Default '66 rear wheel problem

I have a noise, like something is rubbing, coming from the rear right wheel. When I turn left, I hear it. When I turn right, I don't hear it. Is this a wheel bearing? I could understand that it could be if it was a front wheel, but I'm not so sure since it's a back wheel.

Get a assistant to a parking lot and very slowly drive in circles while they get close and listen to see if they can spot the problem.

Yeah, I let someone drive while I hung my head out of the window to hear where it was coming from.

Jack up the rear of the car, support with jackstand at the frame, and tug on each wheel. While you're under there, make sure your shackle's are tight and the u-bolts holding the axle in place.

Sounds like the a-typical tire rubbing issue to me. What size tires are you running? Look at the tire, see any wear marks on them in strange places? Look at the wheel wells...any paint extra shinny on the lips or the wheel wells extra clean on the top inner side areas?

The wheel turns fine. It doesn't look out of whack any. And they are 14" tires with no unusual wear marks to them.
