outragous gt

hello forum members i got a problem with my stang it wont crank over...today i decided to get my stang running again.the car bean sitting for a long time so i raised the rear up to change my holley fuel filter in the rear i changed the car to carburator.i got a 302 bored out to 306. i got a holley 750 carb
on it with a victor jr manifold trick flow cast iron heads bored out with a elderblock water pump /je pistons /1/2 fuel lines with fuel regulator/holley fuel pump/level 10 transmission/ ect....

my problem is the fuel pump goes on but not getting any fuel pressure/oil pressure or water pressure but fuel comes out when i open the throttle to the carb to the jets i have a msd 6al box is the gauges hooked up to the box or????? fuel lines get cold all the way to the regulator but no pressure to the fuel gauge need help what should i do.....
