I admit to pouring several cupfuls in mine. No leaks, but l decided I was still going to avoid driving in the rain. Working in that cowl area is a real pain. Truth is this wasn't one of the better designed areas of vintage Stangs. I don't think Ford dreamed that people would be hanging on to and collecting these babys some 40 odd years later. I can still see one of my classmates in high school peeling rubber in front of the schools parking lot in his brand new competition orange Mustang in 1965.

Definitely not lol, these stangs were meant to last like 10 years max. Garages for the win!!
