Default Knocking Noise

I have a noise coming from my engine/tranny that is really starting to annoy me. I did a little search on this forum and came across someone who had a much more severe case of the exact sound i hear from my car.

http://revver.com/find/video/?query=...arch_on=search

Its the 3rd video titled "whats wrong with my car"

She claims it was some of her bolts holding the flexplate being loose. So i checked all mine and they are all very tight. The weight on the flexplate doesn't have any indications of wear either.

Is it possible to bolt up the flexplate wrong? Im stumped.
