They have corrected it. Again, my apologies.

I also agree with SuperHoss. I have had great experiences and when I was missing a few things on my order, gave them a call and they sent them to me at no charge. Sometimes the back orders are a pain, but I guess I can understand when you are running a huge business like that.

I know they have been blasted in a couple of recent threads, but I've had nothing but good experiences with them and will continue to use them. However, I will continue to say stay away from Northcoast Mustang every opportunity that I get.

I agree about the backorder issue. I've had at least one item that was backordered every time I've bought from them.

That's the only bad thing I have to say about them though. They've always been friendly and willing to help.

ALWAYS had great service from them. With the 10% off or the gift cards they always give out, and the fact that it only takes a day with FREE shipping to my house, I love to use them.

You're lucky. I'm on the opposite side of the country. I've got to wait a week for my order.

I would have checked the shipping cost first before pulling the trigger on the order. This I have a feeling was a learning experience for your self.

If you want some of your money back, you need to pick up the phone and get it done, writing a letter to a company that processes thousands of orders each day will do absolute nothing except get you more heated since they wont reply.

Good luck

x2. They are my first choice always. Plus I have rarely come across anyone that beats their prices.
