Sorry man, women! My wife says, you spent 20,000 to fix your mustang and my hobbies dont even equal to 5,000. Wow thats a nice handbag, its only 2,000, still nowhere near the 20,000......

its been like that for the past 5 bags...and 3 years.....

imho the tank armor is something that isnt needed....a new tank yes armor not so much... the money for the armor can be spent elsewhere

as for the led lights they are a huge improvement over regular bulbs i got mine from mustangproject.com

Tank armor is ok if your gas tank is factory. But the force it would take to bust a new tank.Would probably snap your neck long before the tank pops.If the car is going to be drove at night h4 headlights and led lights for the gauges are a must too.

for gaugues we have the dakota digtial gauges, and the lights i was gonna go with h4's just got to get it that far first lol and the led's i had in my 96 truck and she liked them, tank armor is made in mesa az so not to far for me to drive and get it, i think the tank armor will be a good deal since we are gonna finish off the trunk in white vinal,

we have been talking bout stuff since this is her car not mine ( i just help buy the parts and install them ) that we have 20,000 insurance on it

we paid 8,100 for car
11,900 in fixing it up is the budget and NOT a penny more

some of the stuff that we are buying is for improvements and a few things are not needed but is a want and not a need, ive built a show winning car before so ive got ideas but we have all receipts of stuff we bought for car allready.

we have always said its her dream car and its hers not mine so if she wants something fancy we have to see if its in the budget or not if it is then we can buy

i just had to get a chuckle out her last night lol

I need to find a woman that likes cars that much.

I agree about the tank armor. It is a neat idea, but I would spend money on other stuff.

Rather than the LED lights. I like the Scott Drake deluxe sequential setup. Its 3 bulbs and is significantly brighter as well as looks old school since it flows better when it sequences. If you do go with LED I would go with the stuff from Mustang Project they look less pixelated.

I would not go with Flowmaster 40s, you guys will hate it. I know I did. Everyone I know that has switched says they won't go back to Flowmaster. They drone so bad you cant hear the radio and have to raise your voice to talk to the passenger. They also sound like a tin can. I have Dynomax Ultraflo and its so much better. It sounds awesome! Another good choice would be Magnaflow. I would run full tail pipes too, not dumps.
