Default Steering

I have a 1976 Mustang II w/power steering. I am wanting to take the steering and put it on my Cougar. Is this complicated to do? Does anyone make an installation kit? Also, I am planning to put an AOD transmission(any advice or tips would be great!) And, a question, will '67-'68 Mustang floor pans fit in my 1967 Cougar??

Default RE: Steering

For MII, you would have to remove all existing stuff and the shock towers to weld in the entire front end including the cross beam or buy a new cross beam assy. Google MII on classic mustang for vendors and ideas. It should be the same for your cougar...
