Default installing check ***** in a c4

Can anyone show me a picture or a diagram of where exactly to install the check ***** in the valve body of a c4? The trans was built in 74 and has no valve body modifications.

Got my valve body out and when I opened it up 2 of the check ***** fell out. I'm not 100% on where they go.

Had same problem when I did mine - I don't have the diagrams anymore but found some instructions on the web for shift kits that show where the ***** go.

Go find the Trans-Go website. They usually have instructions for their kits available online. You'll get great pictures there.

You can also look for the wear mark on the separator plate from the ball working the edge of the hole.
