put it that way, she says she has pictures of key exchange, so I'm thinking what could have stopped him buying a car for any of the playmates (not playmate of the year) and order in pink.
that year might have marti reports etc. so you might be able to find out who was the original owner etc,
if it's not a rust bucket, then 5000 is good enough to pay for it the way it is anyway. no matter if special or not

5k for any convertible with solid bones is a good price. From the pictures it looks pretty nice. Just make sure your inner rockers, torque boxes and the such are in good condition and not jumbled together with cookie pans. To restore a structure can exceed 5k to do it correctly.

So, did youn buy the car ? Sounds like you're looking at a decent deal if you ask me. The best thing would be get some pics of the Bunny and find out what year and month she was in ! ! That's pretty strong provenance, especially if she really has some pics of Hef handing her the keys.

If it is real the 6cyl for me would not drag it down at all if the rest of the car is in good shape. Awsome find.

It's not a convertible.
It's a coupe with a white vinyl top.
