Question what are my tach options?

I have a 1965 coupe 289 and Im wondering what my options are for tachometer id like to have the rally pac but i have an msd ignition setup and i heard they don't work well together. what are my options? I'd also like to keep my msd setup.

oh yup that was too easy but is it too good to be true ? just kidding... i believe it i just wasn't sure if it was load of baloney or if it really makes the two run smoothly together.

Hi,
As was mentioned, the MSD tach adapter and I think the P/N is their 8620 (trust but verify).
This is what I did, after changing columns and found my Rally PAC no longer fit (horrified).
