Newbe to this
I just picked a 1969 Mustang GT/ FB off the internet from Florida and had it shipped to WA. Upon receiving car I found out I got ripped off royally be the seller. I am now trying to repair the car from almost a total rust out of floor pan , wheel wells, rocker panels and just about everything else. My question is are the parts off a '69 coupe the same meaning doors, trim, fenders, hood, interior ( except in back seat part for FB)?? I am thinking of getting a coupe for parts instead of ordering every single piece from catalog.
This is my first time on this forum and by the looks of my car I will back here a lot.
Thanks

hello;
ok, major bummer but very common. first i would spend a few hundred dollars on a lawyer to send him a threatening letter and see if you can return the car or get some money out of the guy.
the doors, hood, front fenders are the same. floors are different as well as the entire back of the car.

Bummer. I'd go through Ebay before I did anything to the car. Picture everything and then compare it to the add and show all of the discrepancies. Send it all through Ebay claims/conflict resolution. They will help you. It is their name they are protecting. If you do anything to the car then that's their 'out'. Please try that to get out from under this.
After that, I'd search these forums. There are a lot of threads with the detailed pictures you might be looking for. I haven't seen a video for a whole pan, but I know I've seen pictures. You can also check the vintage mustangs website. They have a decent forum, too.

Ouch. That's a rough lesson to have to learn.
I saw a lady here in town who had a 65 fastback in her yard for a while that wasn't moving so I stopped to inquire about it and she told me that she was in the process of lawyering up to go after the seller who totally misrepresented the car as having "a little bit of rust in the quarters" but almost broke completely in half when they were winching it up on to the roll back. The only thing holding the two halves together was the roof.
