Help! trouble with hydraulic master cylinder on 1966 mustang
installed modern driveline hydraulic clutch but the fitting on master cylinder is leaking I was under impression your not to tighten it any? Any advise? It not disengaging but I am guessing this from the leak

You must tighten the fitting at the master cylinder and then bleed the system at the slave. It will take some time to bleed as you need to push the fluid into the slave bleeder.. Loosen the slave push down on the pedal, then tighten the slave before letting the pedal back up. Repeat until only fluid comes out. Obviously it will take two people to do this. All connections must be tight or air will enter the system every time you take your foot off. If you see fluid, it ain't tight just like brakes.

use a line wrench or you will be very sorry.
tighten the pressure line fitting pretty good then loosen and repeat 3 times then tighten the crap out of it.
tighten the filler hose fitting moderately hard.
