Default Correct C4 to driveshaft seal

The seal that is pressed into the back of my c4 is leaking, I see two different types of seals that come up when I research this, any differences between the two? What's the best way to install the one with the large rubber boot, a socket that size would cost more than the seal

I use the large rubber boot style...If I recall correct i simply fold the boot inside hammer the seal in with a socket and then pop the boot back out.
