I ordered a set of wheels from you guys on 05/06/2010, and todays date is 05/16/2010 and I still have not received them. I also have not received any "Confirmation email/tracking info" and you have not taken my funds. This is getting a bit ridiculous (and your advertisement in magazines states "QUICK SHIPPING TO USA + CANADA")... I have made several phone calls to you guys to inquire on my order, and while you guys ARE nice to deal with, I haven't gotten any answer. On Friday 05/14/2010 a gentleman took my number and promised a phone call back - never received that either! If I don't have these by later this week, I will figure out how to cancel my order and give another company my business. Thanks for your assistance. Dave Mann, Renton Washington. I'd be happy to look into your order for you. When you place an order online or by phone you should receive an order number and confirmation email automatically shortly after. If you placed your order online you can actually login and check order status there. If tracking info is available it will be updated. If you placed your order by phone you should have received an order confirmation email inside 20 min.

Your initial order confirmation email is automatically generated with an estimated departure time for the product or products ordered. Being that the confirmation email has this information injected on the receipt it can be very helpful in terms of letting you know when to expect your stuff.

I'll look into the order for you by name tomorrow when I get back into the office. We value your business and we will insure we have something concrete for you to go by in terms of when you should receive your product. We will also insure we have the correct email address and that your receipts are delivered properly.
