filling paint chips and scratches
Well my 10 year old car has taken a slight beating over the years and is starting to show her age. I'm now in the process of breathing new life into her exterior. Although the paint is still in great condition, there are a few chips and a couple scratches here and there. They aren't very noticeable except for one scratch about 2in long above the driver door.
What is the best solution for filling these in. The car is a 1999 35th anniversary with a Electric Green Paint job, color code SW. Is there a place you can order a paint stick (I've heard them called paint markers as well) to fill these in with, if so has anyone used them with any success.
Thanks you for the input.

How deep is the scratch on the door. If it is not all the way to the metal chances are that it can buffed out with an orbital polisher and some good detailing products. The pens they sell to fill in the scratches usually do not work well unless you are working on a very small scratch.

i've had success with this product...

For the deep scratches, it takes a few applications, but they get to a point where you don't even see em! It's great stuff.
