Default Curiousity killed the cat but

I really do enjoy this site because of all the topics etc but. I don't think it's me/my computer but why does this site move so slowly. I click on a topic and it takes seemingly forever to pop up. I can go to another site click on a topic and bam I'm in. Just curious. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Of all the sites I regularly visit, this is one of the slowest.

It has its moments of slowness, but usually it is pretty quick for me with Firefox. Just download and run CCleaner to make sure it isn't your machine.

It's always been one of the slowest for me too. I don't know how it works, but people probably access the site through different servers/routes and there are probably routing options that are faster than others.

I have 2 servers (1 laptop/1 desktop) and they are equally slow. Just sayin.
