i had a long debate on what kit to go with and i was stuck between eibach or ford racing so i decided to go with ford racing and this is what it includes, getting it installed for $300 bucks in the next couple of weeks....
• M-2005-FR3 handling kit $1,099.99
• Fits 2005-09 Mustang GT Coupe
• Handling Pack includes:
Dampers M-18000-A
Lowering Springs M-5300-K
Sway Bars M-5490-A
Strut Tower Brace M-20201-S197.

It really depends on what you want. How much of a drop are you looking for? Do you want it to ride similar to stock or do you not mind a stiffer ride?

i want it to ride similar to stock. but i wouldnt mind if its a lil stiffer. I still wanna keep it lowered.. about 1in-1.25in. If i go any lower i wont be able to work on it myself. my dad and i already have to use to jacks to jack it up when we change the oil.

of course you need to use a jack to change the oil! lol

as far as springs I have the eibach's and love em...a little bit of a pita to install but very managable to do on your own (hey, if i can do it then anyone can!)

the ride is similar to stock and the car has a much cleaner look now
