Default touch up a scratch

Got a love tap in a parking lot a while ago =/ and i need to do some touching up. it is about a 6 in line that is a few milimeters wide so its not very noticable at all. is automotive touch up a good website to buy paint from? and should i just regularly apply the paint after making sure theres no dirt on it? they sell a sort of pen that i can use and a separate pen for a clearcoat but im not sure if thats really needed here

If it's only in the clearcoat you can just buff it out.I find touchup paint on a flat panel usually makes the scratch more noticeable.
