Default The ECU in the 2008 mustang GT

im having a problem with the AC compressor that it kicks in only when the heat meter is less than half by a hair " which is the normal condition here" so if i just start the car the compressor needs about 10-15 mins to kick in other wise i will only get normal warm air through the vents , ive checked alot about it and everything is fine the electric specialist told me that at the start its getting a weak signal .. and i might have to replace the computer or the ECU thats near the fuse box or program it something like that .. is it possible ? or i should replace the whole ECU ? its about 50C in here in those 10 mins im melting
