So I've got a 92 notch with lots of mods but still EFI. While driving normally or leaving a stop sign, it has hesitation. It's spudders and backfires and finally catches up with itself. When I stick it to the floor it runs perfect. I've dropped the fuel tank. It wasn't dirty but did have water in it. Changed fuel filter. Changed plugs, wires, and distributor. Also changed throttle position sensor. No changes. I'm stuck here! Anybody have any suggestions???

it has to be an issue fuel delivery then. I am stumped too. hows your Pump ?
