Default help on bumper?..

Funny, I was just scrounging in a junkyard today for bits for my '84, and more than one car had an updated front end. Almost passed up a "later" car until I noticed it had the older dash in it. One thing you will probably find is the wiring harness is changed for single head lights, and maybe the radiator cross brace is changed? Maybe take a car off a lot for a spin and do a side by side comparo?<edited><editID>johnc</editID><editDate>38011.1130324074</editDate></edited>

Body panels are all interchangeable on '79-'93 Mustangs. To get the smooth front end like the '87-'93 models have, you'll have to replace the front bumper cover and hood, and the headlight assemblies and foglights. I'm not sure about the wiring though. Shouldn't be hard to convert. You can also do a quarter panel conversion and '87-'93 LX taillights to make it look even better.

Theres no frame work that needs to be done. These are direct bolt ins.Hes right the only thing you need is the nose cone and the hood. The lights arent anything big to work around.A little wiring and some loom and it will look factory.
