RE: 420hp Daily driver
I'm running the Saleen S/C with 7.5 lbs boost(3.6 pulley) 430wrhp/430 torque as a daily driver with no issues. Purrs like kitten until you go WOT. Normal daily driving you can not tell that you have a Supercharged Mustang. A/F flat at 11.6.Low end torque is wild. You will need to do some rear suspension changes to keep the wheel hop down. Best money I spent on this car was the SC

The car will be fine... you on the other hand... not so fine. You will be absolutely amazed at how quickly you get used to 425hp and it starts feeling slow. Trust me.

If you are looking for a trailer car, you may be making a good choice. If you're trying to make big power and have a realiable street car - forget it. Mainly because of your trans. You are going to have a very tough time with a turbo with that trans - I garuntee it.
Good luck. My best advice is to look at a twin and stay away from a big single...
Also - look into getting someone to custom fab your set-up to be watercooled...
