C&L Racer Replacement Filter

Any clues on whether or not this filter is reusable? If not, where is the best place to get a replacement?

It is reusable if cleaned properly. You can also get replacements through C&L. I find it helps to have two, then you can take your time washing and drying the one, while you've got a fresh one to install right away.
