v6 to v8 swap 2000

v6 to v8 swap 2000
Having trouble with 4.6 long tube mac headers on my swap over.The emmision tube that hooks up to the left side pipes has the same female end as the tube.Anyone else have this problem? I went everwhere for a male to male fitting or nipple nothing.Probably metric.Help!! Thanks
