Default Misfire Issue / Hesitation

So i have a 2005 mustang gt, 5 speed, i just recently got the car and still learning how to work on it, but as of now, i have a misfire that just by the week chooses a new cylinder to misfire in, sometimes its #2, or itll be 3&8 at the same time, sometimes it has a little difficultly getting into first which is new, and sometimes it hesitates giving it the gas, or itll just go POP POP POP and then it goes, i do hear like a ‘ts’ very short sound here and there. Ive replaced spark plugs, swapped coils around, i dont know what it is!!! Could it possibly be tuned for 93 and im running 89 on it? Please help lol.

Firstly try thoroughly cleaning the inside of the throttle body and the MAF sensor element.
If the problem persists, use a smoke machine to look for any vacuum leaks in the intake system.
