OK...
I want to get a Preditor after reading all the posts.
Where / Who has the best price?
Also - is that elimination of the Fly By Wire Heasitation an automatic thing with the tune, or can anyone give me a hit what or where the setting is.
If there is anything at all that buggs me about the perfomrance of my car it is that damn hesitation of the engine to react to my foot.
I "snap" my foot on off the gas pedel and expect a quick varroom up and down... and instead I get a long vaaaaarrrrroooommmm up and down.. totally wierd!

The tune should get rid of the hesitation.
Before you settle on Predator though I would find a local shop with a dyno and see what they specialize in. Some work on both, but usually they have more experience with one over the other.
As for prices, if you don't already have a CAI I would suggest getting a combination package. Predator has a specific custom tune to go with the C&L CAI. You can find a good deal on those combo packages at a lot of places. I got mine at www.rpmoutlet.com
As for price, the tuner itself usually runs 400. If you can find it for cheaper than that I would be surprised.

I totally agree, the tune will definitely get rid of that throttle lag. I have the steeda CAI with predator tune and if I flash it back to stock the throtte lag returns. You'll notice the difference even if you rev it in neutral.
