Default Will these rims and tires fit my car fine? Help Please

Will these rims I found on craigslist fit my car fine? Mine is just a stock 07 Mustang GT.
I really want these and they sound like a great deal!
I hope it fits so that I can pick it up tomorrow!
http://greenville.craigslist.org/pts/2797157914.html
Would this be a good deal?
It is a ventus free rotation 40 series tire and the are 275/40/17

Thanks for the help guys!

They will fit, but the offset will be a little bit off in the back.
If you run wide tires in the back they will stick out of the fenders.

$750 doesn't sound like a great deal, IMO.
I picked up my OE GT500s for $475 with good tires.
There are better deals out there that will have the correct offset.

Yes, the offset is probably off a bit but doable provided you're not lowered significantly. And I agree that the price isn't that good unless the rubber is good and new.

Hope you have a drop bro because a 275/40/17 comes in with a dia of 25.66" which is 1.5" smaller than stock...they are gonna look kinda small on a stock suspension.
