Steeda Tri-Ax Install Question
So I got my tri-ax today in the mail. I was going through the package and checking the instructions, where it tells me I have to unbolt the d/s... Why?
Do I really NEED to unbolt the D/S? I don't remember doing it on the TR3650 in my Mach 1 when I did the tri-ax installed many moons ago....
PS I did multiple searches on the forum, can't seem to find this information anywhere allready ><

dlazrael,
Taking the driveshaft off isn't mandatory, but it's definitely a lot easier! Otherwise, it's pretty tricky to get the whole shifter in through the center console. If I were you, I'd just drop the driveshaft real quick and get the job done on jack stands, otherwise the job will be a lot more stressful.
Hopefully someone can comment with a little trick they use to get the shifter through the drivetrain tunnel with little effort!
Shane
