Suspension noises are a bear to figure out sometimes..does sound like the lca to me though..although I did have a thumping sound from the rear of my car that went away when I removed the panhard and went with a watts link system..whenever I have a nosie I can't find I just replace things with aftermarket parts!!! lol good luck..
