Yeah I guess a common issue with our cars (that I never knew about) is the headers cooking things. Did you build a heat shield already? If not I would start there and do the drill mod if you haven't.

I have a small list of things to do yet before I'm fully track ready I guess.

I haven't built a heat shield. I might try that. And instead of the drill mod, I might just go ahead and get an adjustable master cylinder. RAM makes one that's only $140, and people say it works well. Plus, I've still got the stock master cylinder on the car, with about 140k on it. So, it should probably be replaced anyway.

Well it's in the line unless the new master has a different line running to the slave?

All that I've heard is that the adjustable master cylinders help improve with high rpm shifts and the clutch pedal sticking also.

always wondered why you sold that thing after so much work into it.

Hopefully you get the clutch figured out asap, and its nothing major.

Only reason I sold it before was because I couldn't afford it. Refinanced it twice to get motor and body work done. After that my payment was $420 a month and insurance was $160. Now with the combined loan on it and the 94 Z28 my payment is only $360 and insurance for both is only $100. So I should be fine since I'm making more money now than I used to. Lol
