show me where a 422 hp camaro is cheaper than a 315 hp stang

I'm with you on that one. I don't see how the Camaro is going to be cheaper than the Mustang. The Camaro has always been a few bucks more, not to mention, at the VERY LEAST...GM is rolling out a brand new platform, whereas Ford has been producing the S197 for a few years now. They've had some time to get the tooling costs down.

Besides, they're aimed at 2 completely different markets. For 90% of buyers that are actually considering both of those cars, the price difference isn't likely to be a huge factor. Keep in mind that Ford has kept the Mustang alive with V6 sales. Thats something that GM has never sought after.
