i never race but always wanted to race my buddys vette, i didnt shift too fast but i pulled on him ok anyways, we only did one run, i probably should have started one gear lower, the other part is the vette and a moded evo not to sure how much power he was making its not tuned.
o and its a c6 vette stock , so i probably should have done a bit better but i was still pleased, i need to get a short throw shifter though haha

i forgot to mention, the last run the evo missed 2nd, the first run the vette had t/c on so the middle run was the only good one between the evo and the vette. I found out the evo is 20 psi and 350+

honestly i think evo's are ridiculous, they keep throwin bigger turbos on em to just create more power up high, yes they can make power given a intake,exhaust, and a nice tune but i sure as hell beat one in my mustang with a tune and a cat back from a stop light, given the fact he didnt launch we got maybe to about a 10-15 roll before goin from there to 110. needles to say i pulled a car on him and i could tell he wasn't the best of shifter anyways, also i had the bad T-3650 3rd gear synchro problem. what im really trying to say is EVO = Turbo lag city.

nice kill on your friends vette. hehe thats kind of my goal is to beat vettes but thats a ways away with just a lil ole 2v.

lol the evo will be on full boost next week so he should take the vette next time or at least be close, evos always sound like there hitting the rev limiter, i may run the evo but my car might be i the shop next time i see him
